As part of her training, Lenala performed Ciara's latest wing evaluation. The Weyrwoman Second was a bit too harsh with the greenrider, a fact that the observing Weyrwoman brought up after the interview. Hopefully Lenala will learn from it and do better next time. She is trying!
Then, the Weyrwoman went to visit the eggs. She and Lenala discussed the healthy size of the clutch, but there seemed to be one bad egg. Only time will tell what it will do. Lenala agreed to have Y'gel look at it.
The dragonhealer had checked Vilarth out already, pronouncing her healthy, so hopefully it's just one dud egg.
Still, the Weyrwoman did meet up with the Weyrleader to make sure he knew. K'sedel assured her it would be fine, but the two of them will be watching closely on hatching day.
Briata and Y'gel welcomed a son! He looks healthy and perhaps he will just as talented as his mother. That could be useful for the Weyr.
Now that Vilarth's clutch is about to hatch, everyone is waiting to see what will happen next at River Bluff!
