So July at River Bluff was an interesting month. Rhosyn went over to Dolphin Cove, taking Orlaith with her for the first time to another Weyr since becoming Weyrwoman. N'vanik received her with open arms and the two visited, talking about the hatching and other things.
Jaylene's green Reanth was doing some flirting with blue Leith while E'rae wasn't paying attention. It seems the two of them might be seeing more of each other besides during wing activities.
Y'gel introduced the Weyrwoman to his daughter, Gelira, who will be standing for Orlaith's next clutch. She seems like a good sort and has now caught the Weyrwoman's attention. Proving useful skills, she also helped Angshel work during threadfall. The poor apprentice was overwhelmed.
E'rae and J'zen got up to no good. The bluerider romanced the greenrider and finally the two of them ended up in the furs after dinner. It took a long time for them to get around to it, but in the end instincts won out.
Everyone was on hand to celebrate Uetia's birthingday. It was a good day with food and presents and times had by all. U'fouinn even saw his father, U'das.
On the other hand, Jayonne and Briata went to see a waterfall in the area. They relaxed and chatted about his sister and some of the men in the Weyr.
Im're has finally made it far enough along to where he could see his dragon. Gormth was happy and the bluerider was overjoyed. When he recovers enough, he will be placed in the queens' wing for some time. Angshel helped the two of them through the reunion.
And on top of all of that, the Weyrwoman has been showing signs of being proddy. watch out, River Bluff! Rhosyn has run into Angshel, sending the boy running, as well as Jaylene. The Wingthird laughed, but bronzerider C'vanish was trying to gauge his chances. There may be a flight soon which means a clutch and a hatching. How will old K'sedel fare this time eh?
