Meledi and D'shiel have a picnic and chat. D'shiel speaks with Cyradis about when some of the injured riders can return to a regular fighting Wing.

R'enh shows his son how to make a snare to catch tunnelsnakes.

Panitath and Loseth have a talk and play with the dolphins. N'vanik and Cyradis find a point of agreement. Cyradis wants to modernize the Weyr with electricity.

Asley meets Meledei and laments the upcoming move of the Harper Hall. Asley knows a Hold is no place for her.

U'kaiah and Tavia spend some time together. U'kaiah has a nightmare that Tavia's son is actually N'vanik's.
