In Green Valley, Arippa remembered one particularly difficult discussion with her husband, holder Reven when they were preparing for the Harper Hall's masked Ball.
While doing preparations for the Turnover Gather, Zandan brings more bad news of vandalism for Lord Corowal and Steward Sarban. Neither is very happy with the Captain. They want results.
During the Turnover festivities, Marcina, pregnant holder's daughter fell ill and had to seek master Miranek. The healer reminded her of the importance of staying hydrated, especially in her condition.
Lord Holder Corowal met his son L'cor and his weyrmate Oria in private during the Gather. They had news to tell him, The Lord Holder is going to be a grandfather. Corowal was also interested in fostering their baby in Emerald Falls Hold.
Corowal red some old diaries of his great-great-many-times grandmother and had very vivid dreams. Emerald Falls hold has had some very canny and unscrupulous Lady Holders.
