Sarban and Corowal received a word of travellers trapped on a mountain pass south of Emerald Falls hold. They asked Weyr's help and Sarban went with dragonriders to Black Rock hold to arrange a rescue mission. With the help of dragons, the trapped travellers were dig out and transported to safety.
Lady Felyna has been having bad dreams. She's dreaming of her dead baby, Felwal. One night Corowal rushed to comfort her. Even more comfort offered Corowal's news that Erassa was moving out to separate quarters. Corowal is giving up pursuing her. Lady Felyna also confided with her lady-in-waiting, Thessia, about the state of her marriage.
Corowal and Felyna also attended Dolphin Cove's Hatching together.
Sarban visited Riverboat Sungazer and met Lihona, one of the boat's children.
In Green Valley:
Reven returns home, after period of recovery in Dolphin Cove Weyr. Qorri also had visitor from the Weyr.
Relea lost her baby which actually seemed to bring her and Coran closer when they dealt with the loss.
Relea asked Reven to help her to learn to say the words "I love you" (she's deaf, remember). They had no idea someone was listening their practise and used it to spread even more evil rumours.
Arippa found it out hard way and sent away two women she found gossiping about it.
Coran confronted Relea over the rumor that she's been overhearing telling Reven that she loves him. She told him Reven's been teaching her to say those words aloud so she can say them to Coran.
Relea got harrassed and Coran rushed to defend her. As a result, he was beaten up, bad.
Reven and Arippa are doing much better with the marriage. Reven is concerned over her safety however. It's like someone in the hold is after Reven's family.
Coran is recovering from his injury and slowly returned back to working, but Relea was still worried about him. Having up about is still improvement, healers don't make good patients.
Caenir catched up with Renette, holder Reven's harper sister who's come to visit.
