Emerald Falls main hold:
In Emerald Falls Hold, the Lord Holder and his Lady are taking tiny steps in getting closer together again. Will they be able to make their marriage work or will Corowal hurt her again? He has reluctantly allowed Felyna to go to Amber Hills hold to help. His concern is hers and Corofel's safety.
Corowal also consults with Sarban about the situation in Green Valley and brings him up to date. They agree to tighten the security around hold.
Green Valley -minor hold:
Jayme, greenrider from Dolphin Cove Weyr pays a visit to her friend Arippa. Arippa also has a surprising request to her new Headwoman, Qorri. She wants set of flying hides, the same that the dragonriders use.
Arippa also receives a very grim gift from the men who kidnapped her husband, holder Reven.
Captured Reven managed to break free from his guardians and ran to the wilderness. In weak condition, he's rescued by sweep rider and taken to the Weyr. Where Jayme recognizes him.
Back in Green Valley, Coran and Relea are finally able to validate their marriage and things seem to be well between the newlyweds. That is, until Coran finds her outside, all alone picking flowers and shows a tendency for over protectiveness. In his panic, he scares Relea, and probably gave her bruises on the arms too.
Relea also met the new Headwoman and Qorri asked her to make a new hat for her.
