The new Lady Holder has gotten into her head to play matchmaker and has selected Steward Sarban as her target. She discussed her idea with her husband. Although Corowal felt sorry for his cousin, he was also glad his clever wife had found something to distrac her from other things.
Corowal did warn Sarban of his wife's ideas, when the two of them, with Corowal's son, spent some time relaxing and fishing. Looks like Sarban isn't very euthiastic about marrying.
When Sarban isn't fishing, he is negotiating behalf of the hold. He met Captain Lineal from Sungazer. The captain seems to think, that the riverboat-children could benefit from receiving harper lessons from the Hold's harpers.
