Description: Ayumith's Mating Flight has certain eager participants
Location: Dolphin Cove Weyr
Date: month 12, day 4 of Turn 7
"Shells with your timing!" Aishara was struggling with her pants,
hopping towards the weyr ledge with one leg in a pant, one outside of
it. "Wait up! You can't leave without me, I can't get down on my own,"
she reminded her green. Sometimes having a weyr with dragon access-only
was inconvenient.
Glowing Ayumith stood perched on her ledge, ready to take off towards
the feeding pens. She snarled }: Hurry up.:{
Aishara abandoned all thought of getting the pants on. She tossed them
back inside. At least her tunic was long enough so she wouldn't be
flashing. Although the Weyr's male population probably wouldn't
complain even if she did flash. She didn't have time for straps
either. Hair still damp from recent bath, she vaulted to Ayumith's
back.
** Careful, I'm not having straps!** she warned her just as the green
dropped off from the ledge. She pressed her tights tightly against
Auymith's flank and took a deathgrip from the neck ridge. Only the
many turns of riding runners kept her from falling off during the
thankfully short flight. As soon as Ayumith touched ground she slid
off, landing less gracefully than normally. And her tunic did slide up.
Blushing, she tucked the hem back down while her green leaped back to
the air, this time to select a herdbeast.
** Blood only,** she reminded her again, while trying to smooth down
her hair mussed by the wild flight. Not much chances without brush.
}:Ayumith rises. I will chase and catch her.:{ Qharterioth informed
his rider, his dragon lust fueled further by his rider's desire for
Ayumuth's.
R'taran couldn't begin to stop his heart from racing as he hurried to
his dragon's side on the ledge of their weyr, his thoughts on the
lovely Aishara. Qharterioth just had to win this flight! **Take me
below**
Ayumith was a green Mnoranth never failed to chase. She was as
delicious to him as her rider was to his. Therefore his declaration to
make her his once again didn't surprise R'enh in the least. He trotted
down the stairs towards the mating rooms and gathered around Aishara
with a smile. "Nice dress," he winked with a grin.
"I'm glad you like it," Aishara replied drolly. **Blood!** she
commanded her green who had taken a bite off the soft, delicious
entrails.
The woman in the room was not someone that S'avn immediately
recognized. Aside from his wingmates, the young bluerider didn't take
many opportunities to get to know other people (just look how that had
ended up with Jeyme and D'hol!) Still, she was pretty enough and at
least she was a _female_. **Don't act like you don't enjoy waking up
with a man, too.** A sly voice reminded him.
Crossing his arms over his chest, S'avn kept his distance while
Mayfeth prepared, eagerly waiting for the green to take off. S'avn
knew soon enough that all the men in the room would be grounded around
the greenrider once their dragons took over.
He was slower than some of the others, but E'rae walked inside, his
eyes taking in the scene and immediately identifying the greenrider.
**Female** he registered. It didn't matter much. Still, he remembered
her from that day they had spoken and found himself curious. She liked
to ride, after all.
On the other end, Leith was much more serious about the business at hand.
The
blue had spoken to Ayumith before. He might not know of her as well as some
of
these others but he was not a blue to scoff at. Snorting, he took his
place and waited.
His eyes began to whirl a lusty purple which matched well with his
beautiful hide.
Done with her preparations, Ayumith cried her challenge and took for the
air.
Qharterioth took wing from his perch on the Weyrbowl, allowing his
desire for the lovely green to fuel the beating of his large wings.
There were fleeter dragons in the chase, but he was powerful and smart
which had served him well in other flights. He caught a rising
current of warm air and allowed the thermal to help him climb upward.
Mayfeth leapt into the air, faster than the bulkier bronze and brown
dragons of the Weyr, his blue form flit through the air with speed as
he watched Ayumith and her glorious ascent.
He heard her call and he went for it, eager to have that wonderful green
hide
in his clutches. That emerald hide-it called him. It told him pretty
things. It told
him-take me, take me. Snorting, Leith hissed and pushed through the clouds.
Let the rest worry about impressing her, telling her things, tricking her.
This
blue would take her-plain and simple-and she would want it.
Mnoranth was off the mark with a mighty leap but he was behind the
blues and browns. That didn't matter to him as he stroked strongly
after the glowing prize. She was beautiful and he'd caught her in the
past. He wanted to catch her again and so did his. His brass bellow
was that of a mature and majestic bronze.
Ayumith wasn't going to play easy to get. She twisted and danced thru
the air. She was good flier and showed off her skills now.
Appreciating, her aeronautical prowess as well as the alluring beauty
of her glowing emerald hide, Qharterioth looked for an opening to twine
necks with the graceful Ayumith. Knowing his lifemate's ardor for
Ayumith's just intensified the brown's own yearning and he pursued the
enticing green with all that he had.
Mnoranth rose through the clouds keeping an eye on the aerobatics of
the fleet green }:Choose me lovely Ayumith,:{ he coaxed.
Mayfeth breezed past Qharterioth, faster than the heavier brown. The
blue hoped to use this moment of agility and stealth to capture
Ayumith by surprise.
The blue's plan succeeded. Ayumith was started when she realized how
close Mayfeth had gotten. }:Oh, you clever blue, :{ she crooned,
slowing just enough to let him twine necks and tails with her.
Leith gave a roar when he was thwarted and then turned back to the
Weyr, leaving the green to her mate.
Striding confidently through the crowd through the rest of the men,
S'avn grabbed Aishara up in a passionate embrace as Mayfeth carried
Ayumith out away from the Weyr.
Mnoranth roared in frustration as the prize was snatched in front of
him. He wheeled in the air and dove into the ocean below.
R'enh turned and accepted solace in the arms of a willing moth.
Following suit, R'taran also sought another to release his pent up lust and
disappointment.
Not caring who won right now, Aishara replied to the embrace with a heat of
her own.
