Characters: U'das, R'sedel
Description: R'sedel seems undaunted when he wakes up next to a beautiful bronzerider after a Flight
Location: River Bluff Weyr
Date: month 1, day 8 of Turn 5

}: She rises, I'm going to chase her and win her! :{ Zackariath
declared and roared a challege.

** Who rises? ** U'das asked absently.

}: Eniidith :{ Zack replied.

It took a moment for the bronzerider to connect the dragon's name to a
rider.
**R'sedel's green. Why? ** he groaned.

}: Why not? You like her rider. :{

** Yes, but not _that_ way.**

}: Well, I like _her_. Are you coming or do you want to walk up to the
feeding grounds? :{

U'das was not going to scale the high bluff face so he let out a
resigned sigh and went to join his lifemate.

R'sedel was very aware of the males gathering around him - tall, short,
muscular, lean... Blue, brown, and... aahhhhhhhhh.... _Bronze_! He
eyed one particular bald and beautifully mature rider with a nakedly
appreciative grin. **Just once, for me darling... _Not_ a blue, okay?**

U'das joined the ring of men around R'sedel. Well, it wouldn't be
first time if Zack caught green with a male rider. The dragonlust was
already taking effect.

The greenrider eyed his favorties up and down, not at all bashful to
show his appreciation. Of course, his wingleader was among them. He
smiled when he caught U'das' eye, but turned his attention to another
rider soon after. So many beautiful men to chose from, and at this
moment they were all his. It's didn't matter what color they flew, he
was the center of attention, the object of their desire, and R'sedel
relished in the fact. He smiled, winked, flirted, strutted... Let them
see what they could posses, if they were good enough to have him. His
lifemate bugled as she sprang aloft - a challenge to all who thought
they might be the one worthy to fly her. The chase had begun.

Zack had won, that was first concious thougt U'das got when he came
back to his senses after the mating flight.

The greenrider was already awake, leaning his head on his hand and
looking down at the bronzerider, trailing his fingers around his navel.
"Now, you're not a bluerider," R'sedel grinned roguishly.

"I'm certainly not a bluerider," U'das replied with humour. He had
been dragonrider too long to be upset on these situations.

"Thank Faranth for that. Unfortunately Eniidith and I seem to disagree
in our tastes in men. I'm happy to see that in case she listend to _me_
for once," he said with a roll of his eyes, though his smile was tender
as he thought of his beautiful green.

"I'm not sure I understood that," U'das said carefully. After an
thoughtfull pause he added: "I'm not sure if I want to understand what
it implies."

"Oh, my dear wingleader," the greenrider chuckled, giving his stomach a
light smack. "Don't worry, I'm not in love with _you_. Just your body.
It's a beautiful body, you know."

"What? This battered and scared old hull?" U'das asked and
unconciously pulled in his stomach.

"Hmm, well, you're certainly not battered and scared where it counts,
U'das," R'sedel replied with an impish grin, his hand coming to rest
teasingly close on his thigh.

** Shards and shells!** The situation was becoming bit uncomfortable
to him. He tried discreetly shift away from that hand. The problem was
that he was still under influence of dragonlust and even a ovine would
look attractive in his stage not to mention a good looking young man.

It only made R'sedel's smile deepen. "Oh now, U'das, no need to squirm.
You're not new to the Flight Rooms."

"Well, certainly not new," U'das said.

"Me neither," the greenrider said with a dramatic sigh. "Let's face it,
U'das, I know _exactly_ what you're going through right now. I know how
your can feel satisfied and yet... bristling with anticipation. Your
muscles feel almost like liquid, and yet at the same time on fire. The
Flight's over. You feasted on the spoils of your victory. But," his
fingers began tracing lazy little lines through the hairs on the
bronzerider's thigh, "you're getting a little hungry for desert."

"Unfortunately, you're not my type of dessert," U'das said. If only he
were a she, he wouldn't hesitate a second.

"Oh, but I am, my dear bronzerider. I certainly am." R'sedel loved a
challenge, and convincing this bronzerider would be a lovely challenge
with the most tantalizing prize if he should succeed. "You just have to
think more like a man and less like a bronzerider. Let me explain. You
are a man, I am a man. We both know more about what a man likes than
any woman could ever understand. Just as a woman is expert at pleasing
another woman, who could be better suited to please a man than another
man, especially a man with as much experience at pleasing men that I
have. You have to admit, very few woman have spent as much time on her
knees as _me_."

"Pretty arguments, but I'm not buying them," U'das shook his head.
"Maybe we just call this one quits and go our separate ways?"

"You're nervous, I can see that," R'sedel said with his most
understanding tone. "But I can also see that while your words say your
not interested, your body is saying differently. And I have to say, it
has quite a voice. Giving in once won't make you a greenrider. Your
dragon's bronze, not copper, after all. Come on... I'll be gentle..."

"I think I'll just do the scream and ran - routine," U'das muttered
and moved away from him.

"Gentle but thorough," the greenrider said with a rougish smile.
"Screaming might be called for..."

"You are a very evil greenrider," U'das accused and got up, looking
rather desperately for his clothes.

The greenrider, as usual, was undaunted. "Evil? I'm offering you my
services free of charge. You wouldn't have to do a thing except lie
back and enjoy. Where's the evil in that? Relax a little, Wingleader.
You deserve a little expert attention."

U'das felt rather helpless in front of him, and yes, tempted. He
settled back down. "Awh, what the shards. Just don't tell anybody
about this. It would ruin my reputation."

"Oh, don't worry. This is my little secret," R'sedel said solemly,
though his lips couldn't help but curl into a smile. "Now lie down
bronzerider and close your eyes. As long as he keep your hands off my
beautiful shaved head, I can be anyone you want. This is only a
beautiful dream."
