Ciara knew all kinds of ways to relieve stress, but this had to be the best one. The greenrider smiled softly, affectionately curling up closer against K'sedel, her lips trailing across his bare shoulder to his neck.
"If you keep on doing that, we won't make dinner," he teased gently.
"I don't give a shard about dinner," she murmured, her lips continuing their exploration up to his earlobe, then down to his chest. She glanced up at him then, her eyes glinting mischeivously before she lightly nipped at his chin.
"Maybe we could make it a late dinner?" he suggested, enjoying this playful mood that Ciara was in. He'd not seen her like this in days, perhaps it was relief that her little girl was at last recovering. Whatever it was, he wasn't going to miss out.
"If we'll even get out of this sharding bed..." she breathed in his ear before she lightly nipped at it. Shards, but it felt so sharding _good_
to have his arms around her. Feeling heat flush her cheeks and spread down her neck, she raised her head and offered her lips to him.
An offer he couldn't refuse. A gentle kiss at first, but one that held promise, promise for later delights. His hands began a slow journey around her, caressing and touching as they went.
_Shards_... As she returned his kiss, it grew much more heated, and intense. Ciara felt a fire begin to burn deep down in her and she suddenly gasped in comprehension, and she drew back slightly, her gray eyes smokey with building need. She threw a heated glance over her shoulder towards Elli's couch, where the beautiful green lay curled, sleeping. Deeply.
She would wake soon.
"Ciara? What's wrong?" asked K'sedel, concerned by the way she had pulled away.
"Elli's going to rise." Her voice was husky, breathy, and her hands slid up his sides to cup his face. "She's going to...any moment now..." The tip of her nose brushed against his.
**Nikornath?**
}:I _will_ make her mine,:{ the mind voice of the bronze was determined, }:She may fly, but I _will_ catch her.:{ "Nikornath will catch her, don't worry," said K'sedel, as determined as his dragon. "And we can forget dinner in the best way."
Her laugh held an edge of lust, and it was in that moment when the green woke. Ellianith rose back on her haunches, shrilling her sudden need as she made for the ledge. The answering calls from the male dragons in the Weyrbowl echoed back to her, and again, Ciara laughed, but this time, it was for a different reason.
K'sedel sat on the edge of the bed, aware suddenly of Nikornath. Through the link, he could sense others eying the green, calling to her. There was a sudden need, and he reached for the lovely greenrider.
}:She is Rising!:{
** Who? ** Then the picture of Ellianith came, followed by her rider.
R'yin groaned aloud and made for the Weyrbowl as fast as Aerrath could carry him, then his brown was leaping up and heading toward the green shape shrilling her need for males.
R'yin swore softly. Of all the times for her dragon to Rise! R'yin was still having flashbacks to their night together not too long ago.
Muttering to himself, he linked with Aerrath. **CATCH HER!** was his cry, echoed by his brown's roar of challenge. Ellianith was _his_ !
With a final, lusty shriek, Ellianith dove off her ledge, her wings snapping open to catch the thermal, and she soared high above the males.
They would not catch _her_ so easily!
Ciara let out a snarl as she felt other men surround her. Men who were reaching for her, touching her, wanting her. She flung her bare arms wide, laughing as she spun, her movements echoing those of her lustful dragon.
Nikornath would have this green, he would do it for his rider. Climbing fast, he had her in sight. }:Come to me!:{ Ellianith shrilled her contempt. She would not go to _any_ male! Diving obliquely to the left, she soared out above the ocean, climbing even higher.
How many males were chasing...? She snaked her head under a wing. A couple bronzes...a few browns...one blue. Crowing, she slowed her ascent, teasing them.
Aerrath knew Ellianith of old, though, and his mind remembered many fine flights with his former mate. He changed his angle of approach, the brown form showing up strongly amid bronzes and blues. He _was_ going to catch her. He.. his rider? They both _needed_ her.
On the ground, R'yin edged closer to Ciara. The only thing in his mind was desire, memories brought to life by their mistaken night together were fueled now by dragon lust.
Nikornath strove ever harder to get closer to the lovely green. She would be his. He glared at the opposing pack, daring them to back off.
The dragon's movements were reflected by those of his rider. He threw an arm posessively around Ciara, not caring what anyone else might think.
She leaned into the touch at first, then snarled and whirled away up against the chest of another rider, completely enthralled with her green.
High above, Ellianith banked a harsh curve, calling to the males. Her need was fast coming upon her now. Shrilling for them to finish it, she folded her tapering wings and dropped between the bronzes and browns.
It was R'yin that she leaned into, and it was Aerrath that arrowed between two bronzes to come closest yet to Ellianith. His rider growled at the same time that his dragon bellowed a warning to a bronze. That was _his_
mate! A moan of need slipped from R'yin's mouth, though he had no thought but for his dragon now.
Shrieking an answer to that bellow, Ellianith dropped back, just beneath Aerrath. And that shriek turned into a snarl of lust as the brown suddenly folded his wings and made the catch.
Aerrath twined his neck with her's, letting out a triumphant roar. At last.. at last he'd caught her again! His beautiful green..
On the ground, R'yin pulled Ciara free of the other men, claiming her for his own at the same time that Aerrath claimed Ellianith. They fell to the floor together and R'yin lost himself in the woman he loved, not caring about anything else.
