Description: The two come to after an interesting night
Location: Amber Hills Hold
Date: month 3, day 20 of Turn 6
Blinking his eyes several times, E'ril awoke and was instantly aware
that this was not his weyr. The next realization was that his arm was
laying across a very attractive, and very exposed, rear end. Following
the curves of the sheets his eyes came upon a mass of
black hair that covered much of the women's face. In a bit of a panic,
he reached out to his blue. **What did I do?**
}: You had a good time. I'm _very_ pleased and only a small headache to
show for it.:{
It was then that E'ril felt the pain in his head. It was a throbbing
nuisance of a pain, one that could only have come from drinking copious
amounts of wine. Having gained his bearings a bit, he removed his arm
from it's less than proper position and rolled onto his
back, one hand covering his face.
Sofeya stirred with his movements and then drew into wakefulness. She
blinked in the darkness of her room and then shifted. Her leg slide
along his and she realised he hadn't left yet. "Well hello again.
Could stand to leave before getting more, hm?"
"What?" The bluerider replied groggily, his hand rubbing his sore
head. "Oh, hello. I'm so sorry. It isn't like me to bed a woman whom
I've just met."
"I'm not going to complain." Sofeya purred while her hand began to
trail over E'ril's hip.
His skin prickled where her fingers brushed but now that E'ril was in
control of his mind he was able to ignore his body, more or less.
Unfortunately there were certain parts of his body that refused to be
ignored. He groaned and sat up on the edge of the bed, his back to
her. Grabbing a pillow and placing it in his lap he effectively hid the
nuisance. "I suppose that's a good thing at least," he said almost
under his breath.
"Am I that undesirable?" The pout that Sofeya fixed on her face was
almost audible. "And here I thought I had managed to give you a good
time."
He sighed and then looked over his shoulder at her. He had not intended
to hurt her pride. She had certainly shown him a good time, too good of
one in fact. "On the contrary I had a very good time. I'm just not the
sort of man who has one night stands like this. Perhaps I could come
back another time and properly take you out? It may be a while yet
seeing as how I'm incredibly busy at the Weyr at the moment but I can
still manage."
"I'm not going to complain about that!" Sofeya's eyes flashed with a
hint of mischeviousness and her lips ticked upward. "I'm going to hold
you to that."
And what woman would complain? "That's fine by me," he said with a
relieved
smile. In a moment of weakness he leaned back and gave her another kiss.
The
kiss was a little deeper than he had originally intended but he managed
to sit
back up without getting himself into too much trouble. He stood slowly
not
wanting to disturb his head too much and began searching for clothes.
"What, you start out with that and just leave me hanging?" Sofeya's eyes
flashed and she rose, letting the covers fall from her body. "I don't
think so."
He knew better than to look directly at her. He may be a man of
conscience but he was far from perfect. "Oh no, I do. I will not give
in so easily. Besides, I really do have to get back to the Weyr. I have
much work to do and I'm sure I'm already needed. Until next time,
Sofeya." As E'ril spoke he was shoving feet into boots and buttoning
his shirt.
"All right." Sofeya purred as she drew closer to reach out and let her
hands roam over him. "But I expect another visit. And soon."
He ignored her caresses as best he could though his mind lingered to
the bits of memory he had from the night before. The feel of the curves
of her body, her hands on him, the warmth of her...
}: We really must be going.:{ Dawenth broke into his rider's thoughts.
"Yes. Soon. As soon as I can manage. Where shall I find you?" He
realized that he hardly knew how to reach her when he returned. In
fact, he didn't really know much about her at all. He would have to fix
that for sure.
"Have someone send a firelizard and I can give you a time and place."
Sofeya suggested. She moved back, but she made no attempt to cover
herself, her lips curling. Let him have a longer look. Let him
remember.
This time it took everything the man had in him not to stare. Thankfully
he had managed to get dressed and pull on his boots. He side stepped
for the door. **You better be there when I get out. I'm gonna make a
run for it.** Dawenth warbled in response and from the sound of it he
wasn't far off at all.
"I'll do that for sure. That was Dawenth. Have a wonderful rest of your
day, m'dear. I must _really_ be going," he groaned as he reached for
the door handle. As he pulled it open and passed through it he glanced
over at the bed where Sofeya still laid in all her splendor. Groaning
again, E'ril shut the door behind him and set a brisk pace for his blue
and the merciful cold of /between/.
