G'nir

Rorela had kept her word about keeping G'nir very busy. So it was in
the morning that she woke, tired and sore but completely satisfied.
She snuggled up to the warm body beside her and yawned.

G'nir woke up, his limbs still wrapped around the lovely greenrider.
It was almost like waking up after Mating Flight, except the mild
headache and taste of old wine in his mouth. He had drunk more than he
realized.

Rorela made a pleased sound in her throat. G'nir had certainly
been...agile. Opening her eyes, she lifted her head and looked down at
the man, a little smile playing around the corners of her mouth.
"Morning."

"Morning, Rorela," G'nir said. He hadn't drunk enough to lose memory.
Actually, last night was clear on his mind and he had to admit..it
wasn't going to be forgotten any time soon. Still, Rorela was his
_Wingthird_. It was never smart to sleep with your subordinate. It
tended to mess up the working relationship.

She recognized that look on his face. He was thinking too deeply and
that wasn't something he needed to do. Not about this. She crawled up
and before he could move away, moved to straddle his waist and put her
hands on his chest. "Don't." She kept her smile. "No regrets, G'nir.
We enjoyed ourselves. " Still naked, and still sleepy, the pleased and
satisfied look on her face couldn't be brushed away. "I've wanted this
for turns. " She stroked his chest. "Don't ruin it for me by saying it
shouldn't have happened."

"You're my wingthird," G'nir said. "We need to work together, we don't
need distractions." His treacherous fingers reached to stroke her soft
skin. She was definitely a distraction. He should had picked out a
male for wingthird instead of Rorela. Problems was, she was also
sharding _good_ wingthird.

She bent to look him in the eye and grinned as she tapped his chin.
"You've been distracting me for Turns, G'nir. And I'm still able to
work. " Her fingers tickled at his chest. "I can concentrate on the
wing without thinking about how nice your rump is. " She settled back
on his waist. "We can still work together. It's not like we're
weyrmated."

"Certainly not. I don't want a weyrmate," G'nir replied. "Or any
permanent relationship," ...Unless Hygalia was involved in it.

"Good. Neither do I." She wiggled enticingly on his waist then picked
up his hands and placed them on her own. "So we have nothing to worry
about." She grinned and ran her hands over his chest slowly. "Stop
overthinking, G'nir. Just enjoy."

"You're absolutely most corruptive greenrider I've met," G'nir
declared and leaned to kiss her.

Rorela grinned and nodded. "Of course I am. And I think you actually
like that about me." She kissed him slowly, her hands sliding through
his hair before she pulled away and spoke against his mouth. "Admit
it. You like that I can corrupt you. Just a little."

"Maybe a little," he admitted. He just couldn't make himself regret he
had bedded her. "Just let's not make a habit of this," he rolled so
she ended up beneath him.

She laughed as he rolled and settled on top of her. He hands stroked
his sides and she bit her lower lip as she wrapped one leg around his
hips. "You need a little corrupting." She nipped his shoulder gently
and grinned. "We don't have to make a regular habit, G'nir. But you
don't have to give this up either." She moved to whisper in his ear.
"When you need a good corrupting, you can count on me to provide it."

"That, I have no doubts," G'nir replied and leaned down to kiss her.

Rorela sighed as he kissed her, a smile still on her mouth. This was
better than she had ever imagined. He was better than she had
imagined.
