Who runs the club?
The Council runs the club. They are a democratic body selected from among the ranks of the members. Each council member has specific administrative tasks, but when it comes to club policy, they decide as a whole.

If you have a question about copyright, crediting, triad cannon, advertising, or any question that does not seem to fall under the description of the Webbies or PA Team duties, please contact the Council.
Webbies
If you have a question about the website, your triad e-mail, the mailing lists, or the forums, please contact the Webbies. Or submit a ticket at our new Help Desk.
Helpdesk
Triad has a new HelpDesk application so if something isn't working correctly or information is wrong you can report it and follow up the results. You may go here to submit your requests: Help Desk

At Triad we welcome questions and would be happy to answer them for you! Below there are some links provided to a page where you can send a message to the Webbies, Persona Approval Team, and the Council. When filling out these message forms, please keep in mind that we will not have your personal e-mail address. Please include that, as well as your name, in the body of your message so we can contact you as soon as possible and answer your questions.

Got Questions?
With Council, Level One Rankers, and Mentors, it can be confusing trying to figure out who you should ask about what! This is meant to be a rough breakdown of who you ask for approval in any given circumstance.
- Ranking persona deaths
- Storylines that involve the majority of members
- Storylines that don't follow usual canon
- Finding flit eggs
- Final list of candidates to Impress, excluding Gold
- Killing off a non-ranking persona
- Murder/other major crime against NPC/ONPC
- Serious injury to a persona (such as a Threadscore that would ground a rider for more than one or two sevendays)
- Promotion of a persona to a higher rank (such as an apprentice to a journeyman)
- Weyrleader must approve jumps /between/ times and dragons talking to non-riders
- Any storyline that will affect the area as a whole.
- Impression from the Stands (Note: You must ALSO gain approval from the writer of the goldrider whose Hatching it is.)

Member Rewards are meant to reward those members who go above and beyond in any area, be it posting, helping with admin work, or welcoming new members to our fold.
