D'naz helps L'cor's dragon with a sore toe. The new Weyrlingmaster Second is also spending time with F'aen.
The weyrlings take their first flights. The dragons are growing fast!
Tavia worries about her future with U'kaiah. On his next visit, she has a long talk about how they feel for each other.
N'vanik vents to R'enh after the incident with Rhosyn. The Weyrwoman is also in a bad mood, thanks to D'hol. She takes it out on the wingriders during drills.
D'hol is still spending time with Jeyme. She thanks him for delivering her letter to Arippa. N'vanik even teases the Wingleader about his attraction to the weyrling.
T'nom and Pierka dance at Turn's End and spend the night together. Meledei leaves the party early and Qorri talks to her about her troubles with R'enh. Later the Headwoman confronts him about it, which he doesn't take well.
Elleth rises and is caught by Taldeth. After the Flight, Meledei and T'nom discuss pursuing a relationship. Z'ku congratulates his friend for winning, even though it pains him.
A sweeprider finds an injured Jenackt and takes him to the Weyr. When the young man wakes, he's confused about why they're taking care of him and won't give his name.
