N'vanik visits Pierka in the infirmary. The injured greenrider also gets a visit from Qorri.

N'vanik lets R'ehn know that he is acting Weyrleader until N'vanik is released from the infirmary. Rhosyn pays the injured Weyrleader a visit and N'vanik mentions he'd consider leaving Dolphin Cove if he lost the leadership and couldn't win it back after several tries. Meledei checks up on N'vanik too and teases him a bit.
