N'vanik and Qorri talk about the upcoming Flight and the tunnelsnake problem. N'vanik and Cyradis still can't get along. N'vanik and Sh'del talk about the Weyrlings and have a bit of a disagreement about the acting Weyrwoman.

Cyradis meets with Qorri to talk about the electricity upgrades. The acting Weyrwoman also meets with Meledei and asks her to lead drills.

Elleth and Mnoranth play ball together. Z'hren finds out Glory is egg heavy. F'aen offers to help Asley out with an unusual problem. U'kaiah is there when Tavia needs him. The young mother also has to deal with handing her baby off to a foster mother.

During Fall, Pierka is injured. While catching her and her green, N'vanik is knocked out. How badly is the Weyrleader hurt? Will it effect his chances of winning the upcoming Senior Flight?
