C'jex sneaks a treat from the kitchens and Qorri comes by to scold him. She ends up doing much more flirting than scolding and gets some personal attention from the young rider. C'jex also flirts with P'ros during dragon washing. The young man sure is getting quite a bit of attention.
When she isn't spending time with younger men, Qorri is busy making the Weyrfolk comfortable and happy. She helps I'lan look for a new weir, and gets Tavia a nice new pillow.
R'mer goes to Tavia with a sprained wrist. He feels embarrassed, but Tavia would much rather see sprains than Thread injuries.
Talryne ventures down to the kitchens for a night of poker with Qorri and Cookie. The nervous young woman slowly eases into the friendly game.
Z'ku comes to check on Meledei and the two end up plotting to sneak into the records room of a Hold. For the sake of history, of course.
Tavia visits with a friend of hers and realizes that she might be pregnant. Her friend suggests going to the dolphins to get checked.
