In Green Valley, Arippa and Reven manage to for a truce and approach each other again.
Coran visits Harper Hall for some supplies. Looks like Leaton, Relea's brother, and Emalla -named person have something to do with missing supplies Coran was looking for. On his return, Coran brings Relea a gift, luxurious fabric for dress. Jeyme also shows up to meet her friend Arippa, now the her dragon is old enough to travel unsupervised.
In main hold, Sarban and Lisadi come to an understanding: their feelings for each other have changed and they would continue as just friends. Looks like the Steward isn't any closer for marriage.
Lisadi also took one of her fosterlings to Miranek, so the master healer could remove a splinter from the little girl's hand.
L'cor and Oria arrived to Emerald Falls hold to celebrate the Lord Holder's birthday. The actual day had already been passed as Corolia pointed out. The young bronzerider promised a ride for his half-siblings and curiosity brought Lady Felyna to meet her husband's dragonrider son too.
Aivorn gave Sarban his monthly reports and the talked about a troublesome runner beast. There's also something preying on hold's ovines, four legged or two legged predator. Aivorn is going to investigate.
