Physical Description of Persona:
Ailbe takes after his mother with chestnut brown hair and klah brown eyes. His hair gets soft curls if he let's it grow longer than inch length. He's of average height, has wide shoulders. Hard work hauling up fishnets has made him strong. His hands are calloused and scarred. Only thing in face that seems to come from someone else than his mother is his prominent nose.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Growing up fatherless has made Ailbe tough as nails and thick-skinned. He gives backs what he gets. He often has dark moods and sometimes treats people with grimness that borders on cruelty or bullying. It's all surface though. His snarky attitude hides soft inner-self: kind, warm-hearted and with sense of humour. Life's taught him to protect and hide that part of himself. The part that loves and cares. Perhaps Impressing a dragon will bring out his true self.

History of Persona:
Ailbe was born in a coastal minor hold beholden to Topaz Sea Hold. He's a seacrafter's bastard and doesn't know who his father is. His mother, Betrina was respectable, young woman, a woodcrafter's daughter. They had come to the Hold when Betrina's father was contracted to local shipyard. After giving birth, unmarried and refusing to tell who the father was, Betrina was ruined. She ended to work as a drudge just to earn her and her son's keep. But she often had a secret smile on her face, which Ailbe did not understand. Growing up was hard for him, Ailbe was often target for other people's cruelty. He soon learned to answer in kind: if they insult you, insult them back. If they attack you, fight them back. There was times when she sent Ailbe to her parents in Topaz Sea Hold for sevendays or even for months. Another mystery, she never explained to him why. But she always seemed happier when he came back home.
After finishing his Harper lessons (well, those he just didn't skip), Ailbe felt drawn to sea, but no one was sponsoring a bastard for the Seacraft Hall. The local fishermen, however, did accept a willing helper. Especially when Ailbe turned out to be natural seaman, good boat handler and hard working. So he became fisher. Then a Search visited his home Hold. Impressing Uljath was certainly dream come true to A'be. He also discovered that he had loads of relatives living in Dolphin Cove Weyr.

Description of Dragon:
Uljath has a denim-blue hide that turns lighter shade at the belly. He is small sized for blue with long, sleek body that's obviously built for speed. He is fast and agile. Uljath is very friendly and social blue dragon with healthy self-confidence and touch of determined stubbornness. He's also somewhat excitable and bouncy.
