Physical Description of Persona:
Karri is 5'6", 120 pounds and growing. She is a late bloomer and has just recently gotten her womanly figure. She has dirty blond hair and light freckled skin. If it wasn't for a large scar across her left cheek she would be considered pretty.

Emotional Description of Persona:
The scar on her face has dimished her value as a wife, and so in her family's eyes, she has diminished in value as a person. This has tramatized Karri, and while once she was independent, now she is a loner. Where she was once bubbly and outspoken, she is now quiet and shy.

History of Persona:
Born to a small Holder in the mountains near Dragonsfall Weyr, Karri was the 7th of 13 children. She had a happy childhood working with her mother and sisters around the hold. She was a favorite of her father and would often get to accompany him and her oldest brother to the other holds on business. All that changed when she was 12 when she fell down an enbankment into a stream and sliced open her cheek. Her mother had sewn it up the best she knew how, but she had been no healer and the wound had scarred horribly. When it became apparent her scar would not fade, she slowly lost favor with her parents. Without her beauty, her parents feared she would be hard to marry off, and they had counted on some sort of alliance for her since she was one of only three girls. The last two turns had been hard on Karri, the loss of her father's affection especially devistating to her. She had asked if she could be apprenticed somewhere and be of some use, but had been refused as her family didn't accept the idea of female crafters. She did not object then, when she discovered she was to be married to a miner's son come Spring. When a Searchrider came to her hold one day and told her she didn't have to marry, but could stand as a candidate to impress, Karri old independent spirit surfaced long enough to go against her parents wishes and join the rider at Dragonsfall Weyr.
