Physical Description of Persona:
Tall and lean with a natural tan. He has black hair cropped short and a always clean shaven face. He has laughing brown eyes and a winning smile. Small scars show various threadfall encounters across his body, but nothing that would detract from his overall appearance.

Emotional Description of Persona:
Calm and easygoing. He's used to being in control and that gives him an air of confidence; he has his moments of insecurity just like everyone else though. He's the loyal sort, though strong attachments are hard for him since he's lost so many friends and family to Thread.

History of Persona:
Talkob was born into a family of dragonriders and never had any doubt that he would become one too. While he waited for his dragon to be hatched he spent a turn as an apprentice dolphineer. His bronze Embereth hatched a turn later and he was a dragonrider at thirteen.

When the queens started producing large and fast clutches, T'kob became convinced that the old harper tales were correct and that Thread was returning. He spent months pouring over all the old history books, pattern scrolls, and tactic logs, and became one of the most knowledgeable about Threadfall before it even began to fall. With such knowledge, he spent what free time he had outside of wing duties helping the Weyrlingstaff train up all the newly hatched weyrlings in preparation for when their war against the Thread would inevitably begin.

Due to a combination of knowledge and wing experience, and despite his young age, he was picked to fly Wingsecond when Thread began to fall. When the Wingleader's bronze took a serious wing shredding, he stepped up as a Wingleader for almost a turn. When the Wingleader returned, T'kob felt restless back in the Wingsecond role and decided that he might need a change in location where he could lead once again.
