Physical Description of Persona:
P'nal is tall, thin, and wiry. He reaches 6'0 even and his body is slim, but muscular. This Southerner's skin is unusually dark, meaning it's hard for him to burn anything. He's bald, shaving his head on purpose since hair itches under his helmet. His lips are a bit bigger than normal, as well as his ears. Otherwise, he has a rounded nose and black eyes.

Emotional Description of Persona:
A very complex person, he is very reserved and closed off, only choosing to share what he's really thinking with rare confidantes. P'nal is competitive and calculating but he knows as a brownrider he can only get so far. So he'll take what he can get. As a leader, he is fair, dependable, and unafraid to take the hard road if it's the right one.

His cool head also gives him an edge in threadfall and life, avoiding rash decisions. On the other side of the coin, though, P'nal doesn't take risks unless he has analyzed them and thought them minimal. He is not brassy, but has an understated strength. Above all, he is the strong, silent male-support for the ones that don't mind attention.

History of Persona:
Born at the smithhall, Porlinal grew up thinking that crafting was the best way to go. Crafters learned a skill. They were useful. His father was actually the Hall's beastcrafter, tending their stock while his mother worked in the kitchens. He heard alot of banging as a child, along with his four brothers and sisters. When they came of age, they were fostered out. He ended up at the tanner hall.

At apprentice age, he decided to stay there. Porlinal made a few friends and studied hard. He managed to gain his journeyman knots turns down the road. To his surprise, it wasn't long after that when he was Searched for Dragonsfall Weyr.

No one expected the journeyman to accept the Search, but he wouldn't live with himself without knowing. So Porlinal went to the Weyr. After his third hatching, he was P'nal of brown Jodeth, entering weyrlinghood with the rest when he was 19 turns old.

During the interval, he was able to continue working on his craft training, advancing to senior journeyman rank before thread came back.

When thread returned, his life was turned around. Still, they proved themselves a strong pair. When the new Weyrleader offered him the position of Wingsecond, he didn't question it.

Description of Dragon:
An average sized brown, Jodeth is very similar to his rider. He prefers to listen and watch before getting into anything. He's also completely trustworthy-a dragon that will follow orders.

His hide is a dark mahogany color, rich and vibrant. He is vain about it, though he knows it's not shiny like the bronzes.
