Physical Description of Persona:
With a bit of salt and pepper in his brown-toned hair H'vack is starting to show signs of his Turns of experience. He hardly ever combs his hair, giving it a slight windswept, even spiky look at times. His deep blue eyes have a piercing effect. It's as though he was looking straight through you and seeing things beyond the surface. H'vack likes to wear a close trimmed mustache and short clipped beard just on his chin.

Emotional Description of Persona:
H'vack is a brooder by nature. He will think and dwell on things before acting rash or making judgements. He lives his life with an intensity that comes across in all he does. Nothing is ever finished. There is always more to learn, more to strive for, and strive for things he does, not only for himself but for all his charges.

He's a rather no-nonsense kind of man who doesn't take well to people not doing their duties. He won't stand for any foolishness when lives are at stake. He sees the potential in all people, candidates, weyrlings, riders and non-riders alike. They may not always appreciate his tactics, but he can push them to become the absolute best they can be.

History of Persona:
Weyrbred and born, H'vack has seen and done just about everything you can imagine. He Impressed at a fairly young age at Windswept Islands Weyr.

He's served many roles there, but never one as Weyrleader. While he strives for the best, that role has never been in his grasp, nor is it something he pines for. Instead, he found his calling when working with young riders many, many Turns ago. Training up the young to be the best, to know all that he knows has given H'vack a purpose in his life. Having always been a driven man to learn, to achieve, to be his best, H'vack worked hard on his skills even before Thread returned.

When it did, he flew against it with a passion and desire to destroy the enemy. His own set of battle wounds were small compared to the many his fellow riders suffered. During this time he continued his work assisting with the training of the weyrlings. He wanted nothing more than to be named one of the Weyrlingmaster staff, but this was not to be due to his issues with the Weyrleader there, though he was more than qualified to fill the position.

However, a rather drawn out conflict with the current Weyrleader that reaches far back in the Turns has finally forced H'vack to consider leaving. When things finally reached their boiling point, H'vack put in for a transfer to River Bluff when he heard the Weyrlingmaster spot there had opened up. He is now ready to push another group of young werylings to become the very best dragonriders they can be.

Rilarth, like his rider, has a very determined nature. When he puts his mind to something he _will_ find a way to accomplish it. He is serious about his work and doesn't take well to foolishness. He is a strict task-master, and expects his orders to be followed, much like H'vack.
